England will bid to record back-to-back UEFA Nations League victories on Saturday.

The Three Lions beat Czechia on Tuesday to claim their first win in the competition. They visit Croatia tomorrow.

Manager Thomas Tuchel could drop captain Harry Kane from the starting XI to manage his workload. Kane has started the last two games.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is Kane’s natural replacement, but Tuchel has hinted that he could turn to Jude Bellingham as he likes him ‘as a number nine’.

Bellingham came off the bench against Czechia and is expected to return to the starting line-up.

He scored in his only appearance as a striker for England, in the 2-1 Nations League defeat to Greece in 2024.

The Real Madrid midfielder can drop deep and create space for others to attack, much like Kane.

Bellingham also offers mobility, drifting into wide areas and stretching the defence. He demonstrated this against Croatia at the 2026 World Cup , scoring after a powerful run beyond the defence.
